When will I receive my order?
Orders for each week are taken Monday – Sunday and will be dispatched on the following Wednesday, arriving with you by Thursday. For example, all orders placed between Monday the 8th and Sunday the 14th of March would be packed and dispatched on Wednesday the 17th of March and arrive on Thursday 18th March.

How does the product stay frozen during delivery?
All orders will be packed and dispatched on the same day. We use an express courier and a specialised insulated box to ensure all orders arrive still frozen in perfect condition ready for your freezer or oven.
Where can I purchase Findowie Farmhouse?
For a limited time, Findowie Farmhouse are available to purchase in Aldi stores across Scotland as part of their Scotland Food & Drink Fortnight event (02/09/21 – 15/09/21).
Alternatively, customers can place an order directly on our online shop.
Why do I have to order 6 products?
To ensure our customers get the best value for their money due to high express delivery costs, and to ensure the best quality meals upon delivery, orders need to be in multiples of 6 products. The 6 meals fit perfectly in our insulated boxes which helps ensure the meals remain frozen on their way to customers.
Where will my order be dispatched from?
All orders are produced, packed and dispatched from our factory and warehouse in Forfar, Scotland.

The delivery cost for every order is £3.95. All orders are sent with an express courier and are packaged in a specialised insulated box to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.
We advise that you recycle our delivery boxes. The ice packs provided within your delivery are suitable for future use if kept in freezer. If you wish to dispose of the ice packs, allow them to defrost in your sink or garden before placing them in your bin.
All order payments are made securely through WorldPay and all transactions are in GBP. Payments accepted are Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Maestro. We do not currently accept payments through PayPal.
